Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, registering for, or using ZenMiles, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ZenMiles is a loyalty programme management app that lets you track points balances, receive expiry notifications, and access loyalty programme information. ZenMiles is a UI and orchestration layer — it is not a financial institution and does not hold funds.

Payment services (QRIS, remittance) available in Phase 3 are processed by Xendit (licensed by Bank Indonesia) and Wise — not by ZenMiles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use ZenMiles. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free plan: Available at no cost with feature limits as described in the app.
  • Pro via web: Rp 50,000/month or Rp 500,000/year, processed via Midtrans.
  • Pro via in-app: Rp 75,000/month via App Store or Google Play. The respective platform's billing terms apply.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds are issued for periods already in progress, except where required by law.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
  • Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Access another user's data without authorisation.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without prior written consent.

7. Accuracy of Information

ZenMiles displays information provided by you or third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of points balances, miles valuations, or loyalty programme details from airlines or hotels. Always verify directly with your loyalty programme.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZenMiles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of miles resulting from delayed or missed notifications.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.
